WILLIAM A. SCHOEBERLEIN, III received his undergraduate degree from Villanova
University; BA, 1977 and his law degree from the University of Baltimore; JD,
in 1986. He is admitted to the practice law in the State of Maryland. His prior
experience includes 1978-1987, Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund, Unsatisfied
Claims and Judgment Fund and from 1987-2004 with the firm of Franklin and
Schapiro, Chartered.
