RANDOLPH C. BAKER received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Baltimore. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Baker is an adjunct professor of paralegal studies at Harford Community College and Villa Julie College. Mr. Baker's practice focuses on litigation in the areas of civil and criminal law.
